Abstract

For the first time, a new hydrazone Schiff base ligand and its Co(<sc>ii</sc>), Ni(<sc>ii</sc>), and Cu(<sc>ii</sc>) complexes were synthesised and characterised. Their antioxidant and binding activities towards CT-DNA and BSA were evaluated.
