The World has experienced the negative effect of using the convectional fuels in both usage and emission aspects in automobile. Due to these factors, there is a search for an alternative fuel. There are several methods employed in the preparation of alternative fuel. Biodiesel is one of the efficient methods, in which edible and non-edible oils can be converted fuels (biodiesel) by means of esterification process. In this paper, the Study of milk scum biodiesel is analyzed in single cylinder four stroke diesel engines by using different blends like B10, B20 and B30 at different loading condition. From this investigation, B20 provide improvement in the brake thermal efficiency (BTE) compare to other biodiesel blends. The emission analysis shows the Unburnt Hydrocarbon (UBH) and Carbon Monoxide (CO) decreases and the Nitrogen oxide (NOx) increases for the blend B20.
