Based on the findings, although [<sup>68</sup>Ga]DOTATATE PET/CT is successfully used to diagnose primary GEP NETs and their metastases, the SUV<sub>max</sub> value obtained from DOTATATE PET/CT showed a negative correlation with Ki-67 and mitotic count.
