Aberrant axon branching via Fos-B dysregulation in FUS-ALS motor neurons

Abstract

Analyzing the axonal fraction of hiPSC-derived MNs using microfluidic devices revealed that Fos-B is a key regulator of FUS-mutant axon branching.
