was selected for in-depth in vitro and in vivo antitumor evaluation towards resistant prostate cancer. The Cu(ii)-metallodendrimers produced a significant tumor size reduction with no signs of toxicity during the experiment, confirming their promising potential as anticancer metallodrugs.
