THE SYNTHESIS OF N-(β-TRIPHENYLGERMANYL)-PROPIONYL-α-AMINOBENZYLPHOSPHONATES

Abstract

A series of N-(β-triphenylgermanyl)propionyl-α-aminobenzylphosphonates was synthesized by reaction of β-triphenylgermanyl propionic acid with α-aminophosphonates under very mild conditions. The structures of products were determined by 1H NMR, 31P NMR, IR, MS and elemental analyses. The structure of 3a was confirmed by single-Crystal X-ray diffraction studies.
