The antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic activities of Juniperus thurifera solvent extracts were evaluated. The solvent extracts demonstrated an antiradical effect, with the methanolic extract (MeE) having the greatest effect. The extracts also inhibited the oxidation of the linoleic acid. The MeE displayed a higher reducing power than the Hexane extract (HexE). The polyphenol content of the extracts correlated well with the antiradical activity. The oral administration of the MeE at 200 and 400 mg kg−1 decreased the pleurisy development. The MeE inhibited writhes caused by acetic acid and did not reduce body hyperthermia induced by brewer’s yeast in rats.
