Review of sustainability, pretreatment, and engineering considerations of asphalt modifiers from the industrial solid wastes

Abstract

This review is to draw discussion on asphalt mixture incorporating solid waste. The engineering and environmental concerns of solid waste applications are addressed. Prerequisite test and pretreatments of solid waste prior implemented are also reviewed. The mechanical performance and microcosmic traits of solid waste are detailed.
