Optimal Real-Time Pricing of Electricity Based on Demand Response

Abstract

Following the fast development of smart grid, it is essential that appropriate pricing scheme is important to encourage customers to participate in the electricity market operation. Therefore, an optimal real-time pricing model based on demand response is presented in this paper. Finally, the IEEE 24-bus system is employed to verify the proposed model.
