Effect on friction performance of mining wet brake under different working conditions

Abstract

To study the effects of various parameters on friction performance of wet brake under different working conditions, this paper, through the numerical analysis on the temperature rise and stress characteristics based on ANSYS, experiments on the effect of various factors on friction performance under different working conditions, and prediction for the optimal ratio of each factor which is based on regression orthogonal test, reveals the brake performance of the wet multi-disc brake under different working conditions in order to improve its working stability. And it provides some experience for the design and operation of mining wet brake.
