Structurally characterized homo-trinuclear Zn^II and hetero-pentanuclear [ZnII4Ln^III] complexes constructed from an octadentate bis(Salamo)-based ligand: Hirshfeld surfaces, fluorescence and catalytic properties

Abstract

One 3d and five <bold>3d-4f</bold> complexes were synthesized. Complexes <bold>1–6</bold> were characterized <italic>via</italic> elemental analyses, FT-IR, UV-Vis spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography, and their fluorescence properties, catalytic activities and Hirshfeld surface analyses were studied.
