Abstract

These findings demonstrate the sensitivity and specificity of ⁶⁸Ga-DOTA-ECL1i in the mouse heart and highlight the translational potential of this agent to noninvasively visualize CCR2+ monocyte recruitment and inflammatory macrophage accumulation in patients.
