Our data provide evidence that cannabinoid CB<sub>1</sub> and CB<sub>2</sub> receptors have opposite effects and selective antagonists of CB<sub>1</sub> or agonists of CB<sub>2</sub> receptors might confer protective effects against clozapine in myocardium.
