Naphthalimide–arylamine derivative hybrid fluorophores <bold>NAI–BiFA</bold> and <bold>NAI–PhBiFA</bold> with AIDF characteristics have been successfully designed and synthesized. Host-free and doped organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) employing the compounds display green to red emission.
