Should we apply sorafenib in hepatocellular carcinoma patients with microvascular invasion after curative hepatectomy?

Abstract

We believe that using sorafenib therapy after curative hepatectomy in HCC patients with MVI is effective and beneficial as it can reduce recurrence and prolong the survival time.
