Predictors associated with an increased prevalence of postimplantation syndrome after thoracic endovascular aortic repair for type B aortic dissection†

Abstract

Age <60 years, comorbid hypertension, >1 stent graft placed, arch vessel bypass and Ankura stent graft placement emerged as independent predictors of PIS. Stepwise increases in the prevalence of PIS were found to depend on the number of independent predictors.
