Novel SrTiO<sub>3</sub>@Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>/PVDF composite film capacitors have remarkably large discharge energy density (15.3 J cm<sup>−3</sup>) along with high discharge efficiency (68.52%) and ultrafast discharge speed (127 ns).
