Germany’s dual vocational training system: a model for other countries?

Abstract

The dual system is currently in high demand, but cannot be transferred as a whole. The author proposes a pragmatic path, dividing the dual system into 11 elements that can be individually transferred, and which can be adapted to destination countries' requirements.
