Abnormal activation of motor cortical network during phasic REM sleep in idiopathic REM sleep behavior disorder

Abstract

Our findings provide neurophysiological evidence for pathological motor cortex activation during phasic REM sleep which may be associated with generation of dream-enacting behaviors in iRBD.
