Free space optics systems (FSO) has been proved to be for cost effective providing high security, easy installation, wider bandwidth and high data rate information exchange. FSO also solve the last mile problem to solution. Main limitation of FSO is the attenuation effect due to environment. Haze and rain are the most important factor to the free space optical (FSO) link. Signal power has been increased using optical amplifier in FSO by WDM and then analyzed at 2.5 Gbps to get the desired signal. The WDM based FSO system for worst weather condition using hybrid configuration of optical amplifier (EDFA, SOA) is proposed which provide a solution for more efficient system and low cost. Further the system is compared with the existing results. The proposed model enhance the performance in terms of BER and Q-factor at the receiver end of the system.
