Presently, quality maintenance and measurement in multistage productions process provide the scientific method to treat maintenance reliability. So far ago, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) has been implemented for assurance of quality performance of industrial equipment. The suitable CMMS is a crucial decisive task to take while trying to restore the shutdown and breakdown status developed at intake system of Circulating Water Pump (CWP). An algorithm method is presented for scheduling preventive maintenance (PM) activities on condition-based maintenance. This paper provides a management of information generated in CMMS's database through an ongoing Android App (SafeUp), built on Android platform algorithm to meet the efficiency of quality performance of failed equipment at this intake system.
