Abstract

The main trends of LZR-Efa, with lower level of resistance, were sporadic mainly in the department of surgery. <i>optrA</i> and 23S rRNA were the main resistance mechanisms. In addition, carbapenems use was an independent predictor of LZR-Efa infections.
