Endobronchial Ultrasound under Moderate Sedation versus General Anesthesia

Abstract

The type of anesthesia used did not influence EBUS-TBNA outcomes. EBUS-TBNA performed under sedation or general anesthesia did not affect the diagnostic yield, complication rate, and patients' comfort and satisfaction.
