A facial route to synthesize a new composite material that consists of TiO2 nanoparticles grown over the Cu2Se-graphene (Cu2Se-G) through ultrasonic techniques was reported, which was characterized through some general analyses. The photoreduction of CO2 to CH3OH performance of the Cu2Se-graphene-TiO2 (Cu2Se-G-TiO2) nanocomposite was tested with GC (GCMS-QP2010 SE) under UV and visible light. Our excellent results indicate strong reduction rates of CO2 compared to original TiO2 and binary Cu2Se-G. We explain in our study the scavenger effect and the mechanism from CO2 to CH3OH.
