MicroRNA-365 targets multiple oncogenes to inhibit proliferation, invasion, and self-renewal of aggressive endometrial cancer cells

Abstract

The study concludes that miR-365 acts as an important tumor suppressor and contributes by suppressing cell invasiveness, proliferation, and self-renewal in cancer cell lines by regulating multiple oncogenes. We establish that miR-365-EZH2/FOS pathway is an important target for treating EC.
