Circulating miRNA Expression Profiling and Target Prediction in Patients Receiving Dexmedetomidine

Abstract

The differentially expressed miRNAs may be involved in the mechanisms of action of dexmedetomidine. Specific miRNAs, such as hsa-miR-101-3p, hsa-miR-150-5p and hsa-miR-140-3p, are new potential targets for further functional studies of dexmedetomidine.
