Abstract

Taken together, the periodicity-losing in EMs and the decreased autophagic activity in ectopic endometrium may exert a potential role in the pathogenesis of EMs. Down-regulated autophagy of ectopic endometrium in secretory phase may be related to the progression of EMs.
