Celastrol ameliorates cisplatin nephrotoxicity by inhibiting NF-κB and improving mitochondrial function

Abstract

This work suggested that celastrol could protect against cisplatin-induced acute kidney injury possibly through suppressing NF-κB and improving mitochondrial function.
