Integration of the electric vehicles (EV) charging station to distribution network is one of the vital factors for large-scale application of EV, which has great influence on the power system. In this paper, we establish different types of EV charger models for slow charging (SC) and fast charging (FC) and propose an algorithm to simulate load demand by taking characters of EV user behavior into consideration on the basis of the research data. Furthermore, based on the simulation of two chargers in MATLAB and the load curve we forecast, the harmonic analysis for EV charging station is discussed.
