In article number 1801392, Linfeng Hu and co-workers develop a (NixCo1−x)9Se8 solid-solution series with hierarchical nanodendrite morphology and fractal features as electrodes for flexible, asymmetric supercapacitors. The optimal (Ni0.1Co0.9)9Se8 nanodendrite arrays deliver a specific capacitance of 3,762 F g−1 at a current density of 5 A g−1 and remain at 94.8% of their initial capacitance after 5000 cycles.
