Abstract

Seventy-five per cent of the tumours discovered during infertility management were of a benign pathology. A conservative approach could be proposed initially to avoid unnecessary orchiectomies. Orchiectomy and radiotherapy could be discussed as salvage therapies for malignant lesions.
