Oncologic reconstruction of the proximal humerus with a reverse total shoulder arthroplasty megaprosthesis

Abstract

Reverse total shoulder replacement with long-stem, modular components can reliably and reproducibly reconstruct the shoulder in patients with oncologic resections of the proximal humerus.
