Combined Nivolumab and Ipilimumab in Melanoma Metastatic to the Brain

Abstract

Nivolumab combined with ipilimumab had clinically meaningful intracranial efficacy, concordant with extracranial activity, in patients with melanoma who had untreated brain metastases.
