Oral Plasma Kallikrein Inhibitor for Prophylaxis in Hereditary Angioedema

Abstract

Once-daily oral administration of BCX7353 at a dose of 125 mg or more resulted in a significantly lower rate of attacks of hereditary angioedema than placebo.
