The Incidence and Risk Factors of Acute Kidney Disease after Total Knee Arthroplasty with Early Postoperative Volume Supplement

Abstract

Our study demonstrated that age and <i>CAD</i> were independent risk factors of AKD in TKA patients. However, the common risk factors as hypertension, diabetes, and CKD were not significantly associated with AKD after TKA <i>if early postoperative supplement of tetrastarch is administered</i>.
