Simulation and optimization of production line based on FlexSim

Abstract

In this paper, we have studied the production line of a bread manufacturing enterprise, and analyzing characteristics and status of the workshop production line processing. The modeling and simulation technology of logistics system is applied, and in this paper the FlexSim simulation optimization model of the production line is established on the basis of the flow chart of production line. Based on the analysis of the output of the simulation data, the paper identifies the problems existing in the production line, and puts forward two optimization schemes based on the principle of the optimal cost and the optimal output respectively, and puts forward some appropriate suggestions for the short-term improvement and long-term improvement of the production line.
