Abstract

NF-kappaB may inhibit apoptosis via enhancing the expression of the apoptosis genes Bcl-2 and Bcl-x(L). And the increased expression of RelA/nuclear factor-kappaB plays an important role in the pathogenesis of colorectal carcinoma.
