With the popularity of electric vehicles, more and more charging piles were built. All of the private piles only serve for their owners, and are left unused for a longer time comparing to public piles. In order to keep private piles busier, meanwhile providing alternatives to electric vehicle users when charging, this paper designs a resolution for sharing private piles using blockchain and smart contract. Without the third party, we can do untrusted payment between strangers after charging; the access control strategy in this resolution protect the data privacy of transactions.
