Abstract

Continuous-wave Doppler is a fair assessment tool for peripheral arterial disease in a community-based sample with suspected peripheral arterial disease. Diagnostic accuracy of continuous-wave Doppler for peripheral arterial disease is unaffected by the presence of diabetes.
