Impact of Mild Cognitive Impairment on Mortality and Cause of Death in the Elderly

Abstract

Our results suggest that the mortality risk of MCI in Asian countries may be comparable to that in Western countries, and MCI can contribute to the death of the elderly as much as dementia.
