Selective and mild fractionation of microalgal proteins and pigments using aqueous two‐phase systems

Abstract

The ability of aqueous two-phase systems (ATPSs) to simultaneously and efficiently fractionate different biomolecules in a mild manner from disrupted microalgae is demonstrated.
