This article investigates the design of high-density impermeable concrete. We studied the effect of cement–fly ash–limestone composite binders obtained by cogrinding with superplasticizer in the varioplanetary mill during the process of structure formation. Grinding active mineral supplements allows the creation of crystallization centers by ash particles as a result of binding Ca(OH)2 during hardening alite. This intensifies the clinker mineral hydration process, and the presence of fine-grained limestone also leads to hydrocarboaluminate calcium formation. We reveal the relationship among cement stone neoplasm composition, fibrous concrete porosity, and permeability of composite at the nanoscale level for use with composite binders having polydispersed mineral supplements. Our findings are of potential importance for developing a wide range of fine-grain fiber-reinforced concrete.
