When a m ap , drawing o r chart, e tc., is p art o f th e m aterial being p h o to g rap h ed , a definite m ethod o f "sectioning" the m aterial has been follow ed.It is custom ary to begin filming at th e u p p er left h and com er o f a large sheet and to continue fro m left to right in equal sections w ith small overlaps.I f necessary, sectioning is continued again-beginning below th e first row a n d continuing on until co m p lete. 4.
