Unilateral Persistence of the Hyaloid Artery Causing Vitreopapillary and Vitreomacular Traction

Abstract

This case report describes a man in his mid-20s with persistence of the hyaloid artery in the left eye, causing mild vitreopapillary and vitreomacular traction, with retinal striae along the nasal aspect of the macula.
