<i>Pseudomonas</i> taxon seems to be in high frequency on the nasopharynx of SARI patients with non-IAV infection and might present a negative association with <i>Streptococcus</i> taxon. Microbial profile appears to be different between SARI patients infected or not infected with IAV.
