Islet protection and amelioration of type 2 diabetes mellitus by treatment with quercetin from the flowers of <em>Edgeworthia gardneri</em>

Abstract

Our study indicated that quercetin extracted from the flowers of <i>E. gardneri</i> exerted excellent properties in islet protection and amelioration.
