The Fabrication of Yam Bean (Pachyrizous erosus) Starch based Bioplastics

Abstract

Bioplastics, easily degraded plastics made from renewable biopolymers such as starch and protein, are being studied as possible substitute for synthetic plastics. One of Indonesian natural resources, Jicama (Pachyrizous erosu
