Aneurysmal Dilatation of the Galenic Venous System Caused by a Durai Arteriovenous Malformation

Abstract

Distinctive computed tomographic and angiographic findings led to the diagnosis in a case of a durai arteriovenous malformation involving the galenic venous system. Computed tomography demonstrated the obstructive nature of the hydrocephalus and also suggested the durai basis of the lesion.
