Mucinous Histology Signifies Poor Oncologic Outcome in Young Patients With Colorectal Cancer

Abstract

Mucinous histology is a negative prognostic factor in young patients with colorectal cancer. This is associated with early and high recurrence rates, despite use of standard neoadjuvant and adjuvant regimens.
