Short‐term side effects and patient‐reported outcomes of bleomycin sclerotherapy in vascular malformations

Abstract

Bleomycin sclerotherapy can be an effective treatment of VM with repeat exposure with minor risk of short-term side effects, however, long-term risks are of great concern. Further studies are required to assess systemic absorption and long-term risks.
